To further our department’s mission to train professional young artists, we’re launching our new Training Scholarship, available to all DSHS theatre department students! Students interested in pursuing continued education in theatre arts who would like to attend summer intensives and/or training programs  will be given the opportunity to apply for the Training Scholarship  in the spring semester. Their applications will be reviewed by a panel made up of representatives from DSISD and the Theatre Boosters, as well as industry professionals. Based on the recommendations of the panel, scholarships will be awarded to select students. To make this happen, we need your help. At tonight’s intermission, we’ll have ushers in the house and lobby collecting donations – just look for the top hats! The more donations we receive, the more lives we can change! Whether it's $5 or $500, we’re grateful for your contribution to our students’ education and growth!
